MedUniform offers convenient payment methods as well as a clear and transparent process for product returns and exchanges.

Bank Card

Secure online payments with Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards.

Bank Transfer

After placing your order, you can pay the invoice via bank transfer through any available bank.

In-Store Payment

Orders can be paid for in cash or by bank card when collecting products from the MedUniform store.

Return Policy

  • Products may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

How to Return a Product

  1. Complete the return or exchange form.
  2. Ensure that the product is in perfect condition and that the original packaging is intact.
  3. Pack the product securely and include the completed return form and the original invoice.
  4. Deliver or ship the parcel using one of the available return methods.

Product Exchange

Once we receive your parcel, exchange requests are processed within up to 2 business days.

After the exchange is approved, you will receive an SMS or email confirmation together with a shipment tracking number.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refund processing takes between 2 and 4 business days.

Funds will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer within 5 business days after the return has been approved.
