What is your return policy?
We gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Original tags must be attached.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Choose from two easy ways to return and exchange

- Returns by Omniva service ( Address: Rīgas T/C DOMINA pakomāts, Ieriķu iela 3, Rīga)
For international returns and exchanges, please send us e-mail with request to info@meduniform.eu
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Your return will be processed immediately on-site and a refund will be issued to the account used to make the original purchase.
Returns by mail
Please allow 6-8 days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been completed and/or exchange sent out. Once your refund is complete, please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method.
